futureindesignlogoFutureINDesign plans to incorporate as a 501(c)3 not for profit organization. Led by Nicholina Womack as Executive Director, FIND has compiled a Board of Directors and advisors who include former Salt Lake County Mayor Peter Corroon. The organization recently solidified partnership with Adobe Systems to provide teaching curriculum and mentorship to the program. This will take place through the local, Lehi office of Adobe. The first externship program was launched on April 15th with 12 students learning web design, photography and video production at Ori Media in Salt Lake City.

“It’s amazing to see the progress we’ve made in the four months we’ve been working on this concept,” said Director Womack. The main project the students will initially be working on is creating the digital assets for a planned crowdfunding campaign in June. She concluded, “We wouldn’t be where we are today without the talent and advice of our board members and the faith our business partners Adobe Systems and Ori Media have placed in our program.”
